fmrte is not working - An unexpected error occurred

When I want to activate the product, it always gives the error message "An unexpected error occurred".

    Hi,

     

    Can you please go to FMRTE Settings and enable `Debug Mode` and press save.

     

    Then try to load your savegame again, and attach here the error.log file
