FMRTE 23 error instant game crash

In FMRTE Added second nationality to Wales[playing as national manger] for player below

 

in game added player to national pool, then try to get him to play for Wales, he declined

 

so in FMRTE-

Changed Player's nationality from NZ to Wales

also  relations tab edited second nationality from Wales to NZ

instant crash

resulted in instant crash of the game and error log in FMRTE

    tried it again and got a crash in game, but not instantly moved game forward then crash. No error log in FMRTE this time

     

    as said this is what I did-

     

    1.In FMRTE Added second nationality to Wales for Zac Jones[playing as national manger Wales] 

     

    2.in game added player to national pool, then offer  him to play for Wales, he declined

     

    3.Changed Player's nationality from NZ to Wales

     

    4. edited [point.1] second nationality from Wales to NZ

     

    IMO its editing the second nationality which was added as per point 1. that is causing the crash.
