Hello,
Same issue for me. I turned off the system integrity protection in macOS but the message displayed is still the same (FMRTE does supports your game version (23.1.1 701), but it seems that your savegame is not loaded yet..).

Below is the result of the csrutil status query:

System Integrity Protection status: unknown (Custom Configuration).

Configuration:

Apple Internal: disabled

Kext Signing: disabled

Filesystem Protections: disabled

Debugging Restrictions: disabled

DTrace Restrictions: enabled

NVRAM Protections: enabled

BaseSystem Verification: enabled

Boot-arg Restrictions: enabled

Kernel Integrity Protections: disabled

Authenticated Root Requirement: enabled

Best regards

MHT

I have the same issue with my M1 iMac running Ventura 13.0.1

Tried restarting, new save game, local save, iCloud save.  FMRTE will recognize when FM running/not running but gives me the same text as in the first screenshot.

Hi guys
@MHT @DPR76 @TopToffee @perkolopoupov @iBest

I cannot replicate the issue, it seems to be affecting M1/M2 macbook pro users, I just have the INTEL version..

On M1/M2 macbooks FM Touch 2023 runs as a native app instead of running as an INTEL app using rosetta (as FM 2023 and other FM versions do), FMRTE was designed to work with the INTEL version of the game, so this might be the problem

To confirm this, can someone, please do the following:

Thanks

@BraCa

It works!
Thank you, you are the best!

Thanks..

Those are some good news (as now we know what the problem is)

But as I don't have a M1/M2 macbook I don't expect to be able to add support for it anytime soon, so for now it seems that the only way to use FM Touch 2023 with FMRTE is with this workaround :(

The workaround works for me as well.  I have to switch back to M1 native to save files in the proper path.

Thanks so much for identifying the issue!

Geçici çözüm benim için de işe yarıyor. Dosyaları doğru yola kaydetmek için M1 native'e geri dönmem gerekiyor.

Sorunu çözdüğünüz için çok teşekkürler!
