FMKE issues must be reported in the FMKE area: https://www.fmrte.com/bug-tracker/fmke/windows/, I'm moving this one

@culturedleftfoot if you found multiple issues, please report them individually, so that it's easier to track and fix them.

Also, please update this report with more details about the issue, if possible a step-by-step guide about how to reproduce it

I've been trying to replicate the first issue, but I was unable.

Can you please try to describe step-by-step how can I replicate it?

Also if you saved your kit, attach the .fmke file so that I can take a look at it.

also as linked thread shows if I try to attach a badge it doesnt show or I get an error report

getting errors everytime I just try to import an image now

also note the image when it does load is never in the centre of the box

Here is a new one just trying to import an image 

you can see it has been loaded but the editing box just turns white nothing shows 

I have been several hours trying to do things on the App nothing I try works at all

I have reinstalled the App several times 

Did a full reinstall again and just moving the mouse into the editing box yet another error report

cant even select resize and/crop now nothing seems to work as it should, very frustrating indeed 

I have done a full uninstall once again but no joy just error messages or nothing happens

About the 'missing icons' they are not missing at all, I have to update that image to avoid any confusion.

About errors importing images, it's important if you can attach here the exact image that you are trying to import.

And the FMKE project file (it's a file with a .fmke extension)

There is no error here, the image you imported is bigger than the front shirt size, as such, you only view part of the image, but as you can see in the thumbnail the whole image was loaded, you just have to drag it, to make visible the part that you want

If I drag it as said even move the mouse I get an error report

The image I was trying to import I posted in the PM last week not by my pc to load here now

Do you remember how you have imported the image into FMKE?

I believe I've found the issue, it will be fixed soon

I have downloaded and the good news the error report when I try to move the mouse has gone👍

however I resize/crop image 

and this still happens

its as if everything isnt lined up correctly

Can you describe step by step what you did since you opened FMKE, so that I can easily replicate it

as said in that linked thread- and by pm

open app

click file -new

either fill in the above or even leave blank press ok

then file import image  when image loads it is never in the middle of the box

then resize/crop

or even trying resize to fit first then resize crop

I get the same result every time

NB I have also tried centering the image after loading and in the resize box it makes no difference🤯

Just to be clear, the problem is that when you import an image, the image is not centered? I’m confused, In your previous post you were describing a crop issue, and when I asked the steps to reproduce it you described an issue with a non centered imported image.

About the last one, the image is bigger than the shirt size, FMKE won’t resize and position it automatically for you, You have to drag the image and position it where you want, and resize it if you want to

if I use the mouse scroll wheel to make the image really small

yip I understand that and as said if I centre it prior to cropping so it looks perfectly centred the same issue occurs when croping
