Bad Image: FMRTE 2016 won't load

Hello i need help for FMRTE 2016. some times ago i can use FMRTE 2016 without any problem at all. But suddenly i cannot open FMRTE 2016. There is window pop up,, said like this

 

FMRTE.exe - Bad Image

"C:/windows/SYSTEM32/MSVCR120_CLR0400.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try Installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support. Error status 0xc000012f."

I already reinstall FMRTE countless times, i already have up to date Net.framework, and "Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Packages for Visual Studio 2015 Update 3, which is the latest supported Visual C++ redistributable package for Visual Studio 2015. i have windows 8

i also have up to date FMRTE 2016, but still the error occur

how can i fix this problem?

 

my system are

Processor: Intel (R) Core (TM) i3-2328M CPU @2.20GHz 2.20GHz

RAM: 2GB

System Type: 64bit-Operating system, x64 based processor

 To help with  your issue can you try the tips outlined here as these help resolve many issues.

After trying them can you please report back and post in your thread if any point helped with your problem.

Tips to try to resolve possible bugs

1.Run as administrator- to do this right click on the app and select RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR

2.Download the current version/s-

 FMRTE 16 for Windows 16.3.2.39 

3.Reboot your system

4.Debug mode-  Open FMRTE Go to FMRTE Settings and enable 'DEBUGMode'

5.Clear cache- via your user AppData in Windows C:\Users\HEREYOUR USER DETAILS HERE \AppData\Roaming    and find FMRTE

NB clearing the cache can result in your preferences being reset to default so back up those settings prior to trying this. Also make a note of your FMRTE license(details can be found in your client area) should you have to enter it again. 

We recommend you always back up your saved game and any other files you want to prior to trying these tips

You posted in the FMRTE 16 bug tracker forum which you were not supposed to do which is why you can't find it.  Previous versions are no longer developed once the latest version is released.

To answer your question, your issue could be the operating system.  Windows 8 does cause problems for FMRTE as does Windows 10.

To answer your question, your issue could be the operating system.  Windows 8 does cause problems for FMRTE as does Windows 10.

AAA i notice what is the problem..

after i uninstall the windows update i can open FMRTE 2016, (actually they ask me to download Net. framework 4.6).. but after i download that framework and restart, the same problem happen again,, i try to do same methods twice,, and now im 90% sure, its because Net. framework 4.6 which cause FMRTE problem that i'm having. can i get FMRTE 2016 build 24 (The build before this app require Net.framework 4.6)?

8.Verify game integrity FM17(version being used

Restart your computer and launch Steam.

From the Library section, right-click on the game and select Properties from the menu.

Select the Local files tab and click the Verify integrity of game files... button.

Steam will verify the game's files - this process may take several minutes.

9.Fresh install FM17(version being used)
