  • All threads relating to bugs should be posted on the Bug Tracker and it must follow the Posting Bugs Rules
  • If you just purchased a license, but it still appears as 'Pending' on your Client Area, please submit a new Support Request through your Client Area (Support tab)
  • Do not disrespect or flame anyone here on the forums.
  • Please watch your language as everyone can see your posts.
  • Do not spam as you will be warned if you do.
  • Non-relevant threads will be deleted and the user given a warning.
  • Prior to creating a topic, please attach a relevant tag or tags to the thread for convenience.
  • Before posting, do not intrude on someone else's thread by posting a separate issue as this will belittle the original poster. Create your own thread for your issue(s). All non-relevant posts will be deleted.
  • Before reporting a thread/post/user, please make sure you do it after careful consideration. If prompted, please attach a note/comment explaining the reason for the report.
  • Before you create a topic, summarise into one word or a short phrase the problem you are having by stating it in the topic title.
  • Do not double post. If you want to add an additional comment, edit your most recent post.
  • Do not post your email address, transaction IDs, postal addresses, mobile & telephone numbers, etc... anywhere in the forums as the forums are viewable without the need to log in.
  • When you have purchased a license, please exercise patience as BraCa is the only one who can issue licenses.
  • When you have posted your issue(s), please be patient as the development for FMRTE is handled only by BraCa.
  • Do not post thread after thread asking when FMRTE will work with the next FM update simply because BraCa will know about it himself and will release either a public or experimental version as soon as he can. All threads created for this purpose will be either locked and/or deleted and the poster warned at a moderator's discretion.
