You need NET Framework 4.0 – in the FMRTE Folder open “Net Detector” then follow the instructions to update .. Same goes for anyone else having the same issues!

They posted a notice on the forums stating that a new release of FMRTE will come out in a few days that will handle the update 12.0.3 .
I strongly suggest going into your Steam Library and checking properties on FM2012, turn off the auto-updating, that way you can manually update when FMRTE gives their update.
For some reason, as soon as I unrar FMRTE v5.0.1.rar, Symantec IS 2012 removes fmrte.exe and its core dll file due to WS.Reputation.1.
A false positive for sure (packing).

Hi im wondering if i can bother you guys.I am completely computer illiterate.I only have a computer so i can play football manger.My problem is that i always manage a team from the league of Ireland and i have been successful in getting Bohemians to the group stage of the champions league for 5 seasons in a row but because of our small stadium(7000 capacity) which we sell out i do not have the income to push us on further and have sell my best players every season to make ends meet. I read on the internet with the editor i could expand the stadium (would probably just expand it to 15-20,000).Now my question is do i need to download a patch,how do i find what version of the game i have,i didn’t download it i bought it in the case.what version of FMRTE do i download and how do i do it,and if it all works how do edit the stadium.I dont mind if i have to start a new save and do it all again if i have to.Thanks to anybody who will try and help me as i know its probably a lot of explaining to someone who is useless with computers.

When using football managare 2012 how do I then get to use RTE. I use task manager to try and minimise FM so I can use RTE but that won’t work, any idaes?
If you click the in-game FM button (where you save the game and exit etc) and click “preferences”, then click the “display and sound” tab you can switch the game display to windowed. That should help you out.
The FMRTE does not work with the new update for FM12 and i want to know why, because i would like to used it with my game and if you can send me the new version to my email address, i would be very happy.

It says to insert the game date that is: 17/08/2011 but the program returns this message:

It seems to me so stupid that a cheating software is NOT for free anymore! I guess starting with FM 2013 another software like FMRTE will develop and everyone will use that cause it will be for free. I believe that since people are spending their free time (it is NOT free time anymore) to develop something, it makes sense to sell it (and as it is NOT FREE TIME, it can be considered WORKING TIME)! But I thought that this (FMRTE development) has been happening for FUN! I am really disappointed with this fact (that I have to pay now) and can assure you that I will not use this software again even if it will become free again! Even if no similar software will appear! Although I don’t think this is the case and something will be developed next year! As for the latest and payed version of FMRTE I would suggest that next year, if you see people snobbing this software and choose another free one (even if it is worse in all kinds of respect), keep it NOT free, because otherwise it will be extremely humiliating and frustrating to people that already spent their money to buy it!

Hi im wondering if i can bother you guys.I am completely computer illiterate.I only have a computer so i can play football manger.My problem is that i always manage a team from the league of Ireland and i have been successful in getting Bohemians to the group stage of the champions league for 5 seasons in a row but because of our small stadium(7000 capacity) which we sell out i do not have the income to push us on further and have sell my best players every season to make ends meet. I read on the internet with the editor i could expand the stadium (would probably just expand it to 15-20,000).Now my question is do i need to download a patch,how do i find what version of the game i have,i didn’t download it i bought it in the case.what version of FMRTE do i download and how do i do it,and if it all works how do edit the stadium.I dont mind if i have to start a new save and do it all again if i have to.Thanks to anybody who will try and help me as i know its probably a lot of explaining to someone who is useless with computers.

hi guys, i downloaded football manager 2012 for mac os x and i have problem because my laptop can not open file for installation and write: the following disk images couldn’t be opened and write not recognized…if anyone has this problem and if someone can explain to me what I should do???thanks in advance

When using football managare 2012 how do I then get to use RTE. I use task manager to try and minimise FM so I can use RTE but that won’t work, any idaes?

If you click the in-game FM button (where you save the game and exit etc) and click “preferences”, then click the “display and sound” tab you can switch the game display to windowed. That should help you out.

FMRTE can’t read the game date.
It says to insert the game date that is: 17/08/2011 but the program returns this message:
“Make sure that the ingame date is correct, because FMRTE was unable to detect that date as the correct ingame date!”
I dont know what to do, anybody help me??

It seems to me so stupid that a cheating software is NOT for free anymore! I guess starting with FM 2013 another software like FMRTE will develop and everyone will use that cause it will be for free. I believe that since people are spending their free time (it is NOT free time anymore) to develop something, it makes sense to sell it (and as it is NOT FREE TIME, it can be considered WORKING TIME)! But I thought that this (FMRTE development) has been happening for FUN! I am really disappointed with this fact (that I have to pay now) and can assure you that I will not use this software again even if it will become free again! Even if no similar software will appear! Although I don’t think this is the case and something will be developed next year! As for the latest and payed version of FMRTE I would suggest that next year, if you see people snobbing this software and choose another free one (even if it is worse in all kinds of respect), keep it NOT free, because otherwise it will be extremely humiliating and frustrating to people that already spent their money to buy it!
