This flat out doesn’t work. Dock icon just keeps appearing and disappearing. That in itself it nothing new, but the old version did at least eventually load – this never does.

Should add that I’m using Lion, which probably doesn’t help.

Hey BraCa,
Just wondering if there is a reason why the mac version has so many less tools than the pc version…
Also the load current screen button doesn’t seem to work.

I would like to say that changing the club reputation isn’t working when trying to save it.
Plus many features of ifmrte isn’t working. I am using 10.7.2 version

Hi guys,
Everything works for me a part from the nationality.
The drop-down menu appears small with nothing in it.
If I click on it nothing happens.
Just to let you know!
Good job anyway, as usual!

Hi guys – i just bought FM 12 and now i am a much happier man
OK:
MAC OS X: 10.7.2
I downloaded FMRTE v.0.7, which is for mac. The download completes successfully and I can load the game with no problems. BUT – after FMRTE says that it has loaded the game successfully then I have no options. it is as if it all empty? I can only search for players i already now (e.g. cristiano ronaldo) – it does not show me anything else.
Anyone with suggestion??
I hope for a quick answer!
btw! I have version 12.0.4

I came from PC and have just made a comment about the lack of available editing options.
No Human manager options
No staff editing options at all
player editing isn’t so bad it just missed the preferred moves and relationship tabs
Try searching for something using the top search box. Its the only way to get around the mac version

Joveini – The mac version isn’t anywhere near as good as the pc version that’s why.. disappointing

To the developers of this scouting tool for MAC:
I am willing to substantially contribute financially in order to get the options that the windows version has;
please let us know what that price tag would be and also the time frame;
thank you very much

The MAC version lacks a lot of things that the WINDOWS VERSION has. That needs to be incorporated and a new version should be made

Look, fair enough that you people want to make suggestions about how to adapt FMRTE.
But you don’t have the right to make demands when this is a free program. Just be thankful that FMRTE is even available without ordering certain features.
Learn a bit about gratefulness.

@Darrel – try starting FMRTE up before you start FM2012. I faced the same challenges and this was the workaround for me.
@SOD – agreed. There are so many people out there just plain ungrateful and downright rude. Useless waste of air and earth’s resources, these people…….

+1, I was actually getting angry because of the all the people demanding all the stuff, this is a free program that BraCa probably uses alot of his (free)time programing, and I think that you are all being very ungrateful, the Mac version is only a couple of weeks old, and he is probably working as hard as he can to decode the Mac version of FM12 så that he is able to incoporate them in later versions, the windows version wasn’t always as it is now remember…
BraCa very, very good job
I love your editor, my only remark is that in FMRTE 0.7(For the Mac) the reputation doesn’t seem to work, but that is really only a minor “flaw” and I really enjoy using this tool for when i have like 10+ players hurt…

@MM247
Hey, I tried your workaround but once again the program fails to run; I’m on Lion 10.7.2 if that helps. Any other ideas anyone? Cheers.

@Darrel – one more thing to try if you haven’t already done so – try starting FMRTE up before starting Steam. Then launch Steam or FM2012 directly. It fixed some of my friends’ problems but I do know of others who just can’t get FMRTE to work.

This update works fine for me but is missing a lot of the available edits compared to my old windows RTE. Does anyone know if its just me or is this what the Mac version offers?

i switched this year to mac, previous fm’s i played on windows.
Now in fmrte for windows you have much more tabs, like coaches, satelite clubs, and much more.
on ifmrte you have not that much tabs, is it possible to get al that to mac to?

FM did an update today (12.1) and thats why our old FMRTE doesn’t work. They tried to patch the MAC version 0.7 of FMRTE so that it would work with future FM updates, but i guess that didn’t work. Now we have to wait for FMRTE v 0.8 for MAC i guess

You have to change the CA rate too. If you don’t, the tool will lower the attributes until it matches the CA
